Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our Spring Basketball Clinic! We're thrilled to have you join us for an exciting and educational experience. To ensure a smooth process, please review our booking policy below. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the clinic. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the clinic start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the clinic start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the clinic start date are non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days before the clinic start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Attendance: Participants are expected to arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to attend any session. What to Bring: Please bring your own basketball and water bottle to each session. Bring a winning mindset and be ready to learn! Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to display good sportsmanship, respect for coaches and fellow players, and follow all clinic rules and guidelines. Health and Safety: Participants should be in good health and free from any contagious conditions. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to the clinic. Liability Waiver: By participating in the clinic, you agree to release and hold harmless the organizers, coaches, and facility from any liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.
