Registration: Registration is complete upon receipt of a completed registration form and full or partial payment, as specified.
Payment: Payment must be made according to the payment schedule outlined during registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay International, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, HSA cards, FSA cards, EDD cards, Prepaid cards via SquareUp.
Late Fees: Late payments may be subject to late fees as specified.
Refunds: Refund policies vary depending on the program and the timing of cancellation. Please refer to the specific program details for refund information. Generally, refunds are not given for cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date. A processing fee may be applied to all refunds.
Program Changes/Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or modify programs due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or credit towards a future program.

Rules and Regulations: Participants are expected to adhere to all camp rules and regulations, including those related to sportsmanship, respect for others, and facility usage.
Safety: Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by coaches and staff. We are not responsible for injuries sustained during participation, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Medical Conditions: Parents/Guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications during registration.
Emergency Care: In the event of a medical emergency, we are authorized to seek medical treatment for the Participant at the Parent/Guardian's expense.
Prohibited Items: Participants are prohibited from bringing weapons, drugs, alcohol, or other prohibited items to camp.
Disciplinary Action: We reserve the right to dismiss any Participant who violates camp rules or engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior. No refunds will be given.

Assumption of Risk: Participants and Parents/Guardians acknowledge that participation in basketball activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, illness, and property damage.
Release: Participants and Parents/Guardians hereby release and discharge EIE Sports, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, and demands arising from participation in our Services, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Medical Release: Parents/Guardians authorize camp staff to administer first aid and seek emergency medical treatment for their child as needed.

Consent: Participants and Parents/Guardians grant us permission to use photographs and videos of the Participant for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and marketing materials, unless written objection is given.
Revocation: Consent for photo/video use can be revoked in writing at any time.

Ownership: All materials, including training plans, drills, and logos, are the intellectual property of EIE Sports.
Use: Participants are prohibited from reproducing or distributing any camp materials without our express written consent.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or court in Newport News, VA.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website or through other communication channels.
